Cal Stewart

Cal grew up in Vancouver, Canada where he completed his Bachelor's of Science at the University of British Columbia.

Having spent five meaningful years in biochemistry and immunology research, Cal completed his MBA and entered the world of performance improvement in 1989 as a project manager. For the past 18 years, Cal has been coaching performance management and continuous performance improvement, both implementing and supervising over 30 projects and assessments. Cal’s experience ranges from Forestry, Mining and Nuclear Power to Marketing and Finance. He is a three-time nominee and two-time winner of industry-awards recognising his achievements.

A fitness and outdoor enthusiast, Cal grew up playing soccer and cycling, and still is an avid slalom water skier. He also still spends many winter days both racing down and instructing on the ski slopes of Vernon, BC, where he now lives with his wife Kerrie and their three daughters.
