Journey to Sustainability
Our project managers and performance improvement consultants follow a three-step process, consisting of a pre-engagement exploration phase, an engagement phase, and a transfer phase.
In the pre-engagement phase, we focus on whole-systems change rather than isolating a group of people or a step in the process. In applying our business improvement analysis model, we ensure that we include all key indicators of business performance.
A project manager will work exclusively with you to determine the appropriate path for performance improvement, and to design the engagement phase of the project. Our coaches will work on-site with your management and frontline to embed process improvements, develop leadership skills, build high-performance teams, and create an environment of continuous improvement.
Each project will have a clearly-defined exit strategy. Transfer of skills is an ongoing process during the engagement process, but is also part of the sustainability phase when the Exceed coaching team will withdraw from day-to-day operations. To ensure sustainability, there will be periodical health checks when ongoing learning, sustainability and continuous improvement will be measured.
