Leadership Effectiveness & Team Development Workshops
We know that time is often a scarce commodity, but we also know that workshops are an important catalyst to unlock the potential in your people. In addition to working side by side with your people to conduct After Action Reviews, apply lessons learnt, and build effective habits, we may include offsite workshops to create breakthrough experiences and accelerate the learning.
Workshops are facilitated by Exceed's internal team of coaches and facilitators. The duration, timing, and delivery mode of workshops are driven by the needs and objectives of the Performance Improvement project as indicated in our upfront assessment. Workshops can also take place independent of a project and be initiated based on client request.
A key workshop that tends to take place upfront is the Leadership Breakthrough experience. Part of the enrolment phase, this workshop is focused on Operations Managers and Supervisors. It introduced these leaders to the need for change, specific improvement objectives, and the implementation plan. It also helps Manager and Supervisors understand their role in driving critical changes, how to manage performance, and how to engage and motivate their teams.
In addition to the upfront Leadership Breakthrough workshop, Exceed offers Insights-based workshops for managers and supervisors, DWOP / CWOP workshops, and bespoke training solutions designed specifically to the client's needs. We believe in 'learning by doing' and our bespoke training solutions include business simulation games, interactive teambuilding, and skill development exercises designed specifically in response to client need.
