David Berlando

After completing his MBA degree at the University of British Columbia, Dave spent several years in Commercial Banking and Economic Development, where he helped to inaugurate a local quality council and developed an interest in quality management. In 1994, Dave found his true vocation as a Management Consultant and Performance Coach. He joined a Vancouver based performance improvement consultancy where he worked until joining Exceed in 2005.

Dave has had international consulting and performancing coaching experience in manufacturing and processing, maintenance, production and project management. His assignments have lead him to Canada, the U.S., the UK, Europe, and southern Africa. He lives with his wife Nancy and dog Max in southern Alberta, Canada.
