Exceed's unique blended coaching model means that our performance coaches are either technical resources with hands-on experience on the drill floor, or are experienced business improvement professionals with a solid track record in and understanding of business improvement theories. Their experience is backed up by relevant education, expertise in management & leadership development, coaching credentials, and their professional experience as leaders in their respective environments (Military, Financial, Aviation, etc).

 

Our LEAN Kaizen division is headed up by a leader whose expertise in Kaizen implementations in the Public Sector is recognised across Scotland and the UK, and as far abroad as Australia.
