Insights: Personal Effectiveness
Exceed has selected the Insights model as their preferred tool to gain insight into the personalities and effectiveness of individuals within client organisations and to assist our clients in building a high-performance organisation.
The Insights Discovery Personal Profile uses a 25-frame evaluator, which is completed by the individual. The result is a 20+ page profile which provides individuals with insight into their personal style, their learning style, strengths, weaknesses, value to the team, possible blind spots, and communication type.
The profile gives powerful insight into the individual’s perception of themselves (conscious and less conscious), and how this impacts on their relationships both personally and professionally.
Exceed coaches use the Insights Profile as a coaching platform to help individuals develop their leadership style, build on their strengths and identify and overcome blinds spots.
