Our Insights-based Partnership for Performance workshops are based on the results of an Insights Discovery Personal Profile, Full Circle, Leadership, or Sales Effectiveness Profile. Each of these profiling tools gives the individual insight into themselves, their strengths, their impact on others, and their contribution to the team.
The Partnership for Performance programme provides:
- A simple and memorable model to aid individual and group understanding
- A positive non-threatening environment for discussing differences and resolving conflict
- A structured approach to enable participants to take immediate individual and team action.
The programme is built around the Insights Discovery tool and is tailored to customer requirements. Workshops often focus on one of three areas - team dynamics, personal effectiveness, or leadership effectiveness - and may be followed by individual coaching on specific topics to assist your people in their personal transformation.
