ISO 9001 : 2008 Certification for Exceed
Exceed recently achieved ISO 9001 : 2008 certification in recognition of streamlined processes and procedures and total commitment to transparent customer-focused service delivery.
Exceed director Ian Mills explains: "The ISO 9001 certification process was not a quick process but a critical step for any organisation whose core business is service delivery. The certification gave us an opportunity to ask the right questions and put in place quantifiable quality measures and procedures to manage our projects and benefit our clients."
ISO (International Organisation for Standardisation) is an international body that advocates standards for business, government and society. The focus of the ISO 9001 : 2008 certification is on quality management with a focus on consistent service delivery and continual improvement of systems and processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
Achieving the certification is the result of a stringent process that involves documenting of all business processes, deviations to quality standards, customer service processes, etc. Certification is only achieved upon being audited by an independent ISO body.
Exceed's ISO certification carries the UKAS seal of approval.
