Our Leadership Breakthrough experience explores the dimensions of effective leadership and builds a strong coalition with deep understanding of and commitment to the performance improvement implementation plan.

The 2-day Leadership Breakthrough Workshop occurs at the ‘Enroll' phase of the Exceed Performance Improvement Process and includes Operations Managers and Supervisors. It is an essential precursor to the Implementation of any Performance Coaching intervention.
