Exceed has developed the Effective Leadership series, a component of our PACE Performance Improvement Model, to help develop leadership capability at various levels throughout your organisation.
From Senior Management to Team Supervisors, every leader across your organisation must have the ability to motivate and inspire their team, to provide positive reinforcement to staff, to provide constructive performance management feedback, and to lead by example through personal effectiveness.
We have integrated these topics into the ABC Model for Effective Leadership.
Our coaches use one-on-one interaction as well as small group sessions to help your people develop the necessary leadership skills, corresponding behaviours and attitudes. Role-plays are an important part of the process. The role play may be contrived, but the emotions are real and the learning invaluable!
