As part of the enrollment phase, your leaders will be invited on a 2-day Leadership Breakthrough Experience, where the implementation plan will be discussed, and leaders will learn the key skills to motivate staff, give effective feedback, increase staff performance through recognition, and develop high-performance teams.
We also work help your Managers and Team Supervisors develop their personal effectiveness using Insights Discovery Leadership Profiling and coaching. The Discovery profile gives your leaders insights into their personal strengths and their impact on others, whereas the one-on-one coaching builds on the profile helping manages develop their effectiveness and leadership skills based on the practical realities of their role.
