The Exceed name represents a unique group of individuals whose collective aim is to exceed the expectations of their clients. Whether you interact with Colin, who heads up our recruitment division, or Steve, one of our Performance Improvement coaches, you will find equal amounts of passion for our work and the clients we work with. 

Our Performance Improvement coaches and project managers are selected for their ability to work with people, and motivate others to perform at the peak of their abilities. In addition, each team member has a proven track record in performance coaching and project management, while many also have firsthand experience in the Oil & Gas industry.

The spectrum of knowledge and capabilities within our team of coaches includes previous drilling engineers, Technical Limits experts, energy sector recruitment specialists, Six Sigma, Project Management, LEAN Kaizen and Apollo Root Cause expertise, and those with management experience in various industries.
