Performance Improvement is realised through our PACE™ model, which combines the knowledge cycle of learning before, during and after with a focus on continuous improvement.
The PACE approach focuses on 4 aspects:

- Collaboration
- Effective Leadership
At the start of a project, our focus is on building relationships, adding value, earning trust and establishing common goals. Our activities in the initial months are in direct support of leadership; creating awareness and encouraging effective behaviours.
As the project gains momentum and small wins are realised, our approach is expanded to include planning, measurement and learning initiatives. A traffic light system is implemented to visually measure project progress.
Every time we do something, we should do it better than the last time. We must be able to repeat our successes and learn from our mistakes.
