Performance Coach - Business Improvement
At Exceed, we apply an innovative blended approach to performance coaching, combining coaches from different backgrounds: business improvement professionals or former military personnel with solid experience leading people, combined with a technical coach with hands-on rig experience. The credibility of the technical coach ensures early enrolment, whilst the systematic approach of the improvement professional brings pinpointed measurement and a raised accountability within the team.
We are currently looking for business improvement coaches with a natural inclination to develop people, a proven track record, and a high degree of computer literacy (minimum Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Publisher.)
As a business improvement professional, you will have:
- minimum of 10 years work experience
- proven leadership experience
- project management skills and/or credentials (e.g. PMP)
- excellent analytical, verbal and communication skills
- relevant educational credentials (e.g. MBA or business degree)
Exposure to offshore Oil & Gas operations would be considered a definite asset.
As an Exceed performance coach, you will be working with our client’s rig team. In addition to providing coaching to rig leadership, you will work with front line supervisors to apply continuous improvement principles, positively impact rig morale, and embed a culture committed to HSE, preplanning, measurement, and learning.
