• Minimum of 7 years work experience
• Management, entrepreneurial, or performance coaching experience, or ex-Armed Forces
• Well-developed communication skills
• Experience in / exposure to oil/gas/heavy industry
• Willingness to work on a rotation schedule
• Enthusiasm for personal and professional development
