Assessing the People, Process & Technology Aspects of your Business
Exceed’s Performance Improvement engagements focus on developing individuals and creating teams that make effective business decisions and contribute to the organisation's evolution and sustained success. In a high-performance organisation, everyone must understand how their individual contributions and the results of their area impact the business’ bottom line.
People require timely and relevant information, the skills and systems to utilise the information and supervisory support to take empowered action. Above all they need inspired leadership to nurture a high performance culture to release this hidden potential. Exceed’s improvement process begins with an organisational assessment of the ‘as-is’ state of factors that impact bottom line results.
Our Performance Improvement appraisal process evaluates the organization’s current strengths and improvement opportunities across the people, process, and technology dimensions of the organisation.
People: Quantifying the organisation’s ability to deliver desired performance based on the 4 ‘people’ levers PACE (performance focus, accountability for results, collaboration, and leadership effectiveness) and the dimensions of ‘process’ and ‘technology’. - Process: Reviewing - at a high level - the effectiveness of the organisations' key business processes and the interdependencies between operational and support departments.
- Technology: This is not an in-depth technology assessment, but rather a review of the key points where people, process, and technology meet to assess potential improvement opportunities.
Performance Improvement Assessment Deliverables:
- Understanding of the client's key business processes and specific performance improvement opportunities in areas of business that impact operational results.
- A quantifiable measure of the assessment dimensions to foster understanding of the current strengths and weaknesses for optimal performance across the organisation
- Client’s input and ownership of the assessment results resulting from one-on-one interviews with Exceed performance coaches
- Deeper understanding by Exceed of the client’s business and development of important relationships with key personnel
- A concise basis on which to develop a performance improvement implementation plan with the Operations Team
