The Six Sigma DMAIC methodology (Define – Measure – Analyse – Implement – Control) is extremely methodical and follows a logical process to assist organisations find the root cause for any defects, and engage frontline staff in improvement thinking. 

The Exceed Six Sigma consulting model is based on a DMAIC-T approach. The DMAIC-T methodology follows the approach above, implementing PACE, BTP and other solutions as part of the implementation phase, but adds a Transfer phase to ensure the appropriate measurement tools and skills are embedded in the client organisation for ongoing quality control.
