Welfare Fund Supported by Exceed Team
The Exceed Welfare Fund is our Corporate Social Responsibility Initiative. The Fund is an employee initiative and was established by the Exceed team. The Welfare Fund is based on a matching system with Exceed matching the monthly contributions made by individual Exceed team members on a 1 : 1 basis.
Most Welfare Fund recipients are charitable foundations working with - or providing services to - underprivileged children. Some of the contributions made recently include an infant feeding scheme near Johannesburg, an essential operation for a young girl in the UK, a community programme reaching out to at-risk youth, and a paddling programme for township children in Cape Town, South Africa.
