Ideal Experience

  • Substantial experience in an HR/operational/recruitment role is essential, preferably with experience managing internal Wells resourcing
  • Experience working with a recruitment CRM system; we use Voyager
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • An ownership mindset with the appropriate balance of quality and urgency
  • A strong understanding of recruiting in a tight candidate market
