Performance Engineer Competency Programme
Promoting internal capability, our Performance Engineer Competency Programme (PECP) demonstrates our commitment to localisation in the countries in which we work. PECP participants receive the same classroom training as Exceed coaches combined with additional e-learning modules and on-the-job mentorship.
The PECP was specifically developed to enable your performance engineers to drive and sustain operational excellence long after Exceed’s exit.
A leadership development programme designed to strengthen the leadership and management abilities of frontline leaders.
The modular programme addresses topics such as leadership and management, teambuilding, communication, decision making, management of change, and effective problem solving.
